Built into the cliffside overlooking Playa Manzanillo, our 8 bedroom, 8 full + 2 half bathroom home is an architectural marvel of stunning proportions. Each room is minimalistic to maximize your enjoyment of the view and surrounding areas. Our adults only home offers breathtaking views from the shared living areas, scrumptious breakfast offered each day, and community in our shared eating and living areas. Relax in our infinity pool, listen to the waves below or share a coffee or a cocktail with new friends.
casa cascada is a unique property - get to know our rooms
Casa Cascada is unique and you will want to choose your room based on your desires and budget. We offer 5 different types of rooms and each type is on a different level of the home. Casa Cascada starts at street level and goes down into the cliff and closer to the beach. The higher in level your room is within the home the better your view will be. In addition to offering each room for rent we also offer the whole home for rent (all 8 rooms) during certain times of the year. If you rent the whole home then children will be welcome.
Casa Cascada was designed to capture the ocean breezes and therefore none of our rooms have air conditioning or closeable windows. Each window is covered by a mosquito screen and is high up so no one can look into your room. The sliding doors that are in the rooms are covered by mosquito screens and sliding wooden shutters for privacy. All rooms contain safes for your valuables and include breakfast.
Except for Room 5 and 8 all the rest of the rooms will share access to our living areas including the living room, dining room, kitchen, lower work couch and pool. Rooms 5 and 8 offer private areas.
Starting from the top floor we offer Room #1. This room is for a single individual or is handicap accessible for two. Please note that this room has a palapa roof that DOES NOT MEET THE WALLS and therefore people in the common areas can hear any loud activity and you can hear the people in the common areas as well. This room has no view from the room but is steps away from the common kitchen, living and dining areas and pool. All with the amazing view. In Room #1 you have a bedroom with a king size bed and a private, fully enclosed bathroom.
- The best view in the home is within the private apartment we call Room #5. This is also on the top floor but separated from the common area spaces. In addition to your private bedroom with a king size bed and full bath with rain shower, you will have your own private kitchen, living and dining areas and a small pool with loungers. We also include a desk for working. With Room 5 we also offer Room 8 if you need more space. Up a spiral staircase you can find another full bathroom, a queen size bed and either another king size bed or two individual beds. You decide. Separated by closets for a bit of privacy this are also offers a desk for working.
Down one level within the house we come to what we call the "catwalk" level. On this level are Rooms 2 and 6. These have an amazing ocean view and private terraces as well as the private bedroom and bathroom. Choose a king size bed or 2 individual beds.
Down a second level to the garden level you'll find Rooms 3 and 4 together on the right side and Room 7 off by itself on the left hand side. These rooms have a private bedroom and bathroom and again you can pick if you want a king size bed or two individuals. Just let us know. These rooms have a view of our beautiful garden and pond.
